If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund of the product’s purchase price. The 30-Day Guarantee allows the purchaser to return any item within 30 days of the delivery time. No Questions. No Hassles.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are applicable for the goods only and exclude the cost you paid for shipping.

To start a return, sign into your customer account, or contact us at info@hautunderwear.com. Once accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once we receive your return you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
